Our Unfiltered Gin 7 is created from apples directly from our farm here in Gagetown. We double distill our apple base alcohol to produce an excellent smooth base that gets macerated with a balanced mix of seven botanicals.
We bottle this version unfiltered at 45%alc/vol leaving it totally immersed with all the botanical flavours, amazing on it's own straight up for sipping or shake it into a martini.
