A tweak on your regular hot chocolate....
3 tablespoons white, milk or dark hot chocolate
1 tablespoon graham crumbs
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
250 mL milk
1 oz Gagetown Distilling & Cidery Apple Brandy or We-Can't-Call-This-Whiskey
In a pot, combine chocolate, graham crumbs, sugar, salt, vanilla and sugar. Whisk over medium high heat, liquid will thicken. If you find it too think, add a splash more milk. Pour into your favorite mug when hot and steamy, add (preferably:-) Gagetown Distilling & Cidery spirit and stir. Top with marshmallows, (torch if you happen to have a blowtorch, it makes it more authentic...).
Best enjoyed during a snow storm or a windy cold day...
