We-Can’t-Call-This-Whiskey 750 mL. 40% alc/vol
We can’t call this whiskey is created from a corn heavy mash bill containing corn, Rye, wheat, oats and barley. We ferment this mash for 13 days to fully achieve a much flavour from the grain base. Canadian standards on whiskey production require a whiskey to be aged for e years in an oak barrel, we create this in a more rapid method using oak chips. Same great whiskey taste, we just can’t call it whiskey.
